Had a great time with friends! The spot was super cozy with a fabulous breakfast made to order. We enjoyed relaxing in the common areas and having access to local transport passes. The location is perfect for exploring nearby parks and scenic views, such as taking the ferry to Waiheke Island.
One downside was the lack of tea and coffee in the rooms, but the main hall beverage station made up for it with a decent selection.

The fresh coffee and tea bar available throughout the day was a delightful touch that made the stay feel extra special.
The late-night noise from arriving guests at 1am slightly disrupted my sleep, but it wasn't a reflection on the owners.

Tried it so you don’t have to!
The breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! ! Marlene's fresh-cooked dishes and delightful atmosphere made my day brighter. Plus, the warm ambiance of the lounge and wonderful conversations with other guests were truly memorable.
The walk to local attractions felt longer than expected, especially after a long day. While the location is peaceful, it requires some effort to reach nearby hotspots.

Staying for a couple of nights, I enjoyed my time immensely. The en-suite in my room was spacious and lovely, complete with luxury toiletries and a heated floor. I particularly appreciated the wonderful selection of breakfast items, from fresh fruit to different cooked options each day, which made waking up enjoyable. The ambiance of the house, combined with its proximity to local eateries and a short stroll to the park, made my stay perfect for exploring. Highly recommend!

I stayed in The Yellow Room for 3 nights. It was super comfy with cozy decor and lots of thoughtful touches like robes and lotions. The bathroom was great, and the big windows let in nice light. Breakfast was absolutely gourmet, and I loved the beverage treats available all day. Just a heads up, the location is a bit far from downtown, but I didn't mind the walk.

Couple looking for comfort
Our experience was quite nice, especially the breakfast. I chose fresh fruit salad that was a delight, followed by scrambled eggs that were perfectly cooked.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality you get, it's acceptable.
